Our sales staff is salary based, not commission based. If you ask a question you’re going to get an honest answer. We do not believe in pressure. We do not believe in driving you crazy with calls when you leave. We believe in you finding the gown that you love. Period.
We are reachable 24/7 for any issues. If you freak out in the middle of the night that you picked the wrong gown, email Jan. You will get a response almost immediately. No you are not a bridezilla or crazy! It’s the nature of our business and Jan never sleeps. It’s a win/win.
We are committed to perfection. The number one thing we care about is that you are completely happy when you leave our salon with your gown. No request or issue is too small or too crazy. Trust us, we’ve heard it all!
